A New Armor CDR Item for Manaless Tanks and Bruisers?

All of the above are a list of manaless tanks and bruisers who want some CDR (some more than others) with armor. Because they don't want to go cdr on runes and the only MR item with CDR worth buying for the most of them is as is a supportive item (Shen and Zac are probably the only two who would even look at that item) but what are they to do against full or 80% AD comps?

And like all other smart and strategic summoners, we manaless bruiser and tank players want to be gold efficient... Meaning we don't want to buy armor/cdr items with mana on them :/

You do realize that Manaless champs have far fewer cdr options BECAUSE they have highly regenerative or no resource costs?

The thing that keeps manaless champs in check is their long (not always) CDs. It was the same for not releasing any CDR items for Marksman champions until this season as well.

+1 I do.... But would a small change like that for tanks really be that bad? I understand easy CDR itemization for someone like kat would be bad (not that she needs it... couldn't find good e.g.) But riot has already talk about and considered making cdr for tanks and supportive characters more accessible (through masteries).

Tanks are plenty strong atm, as are brusiers they don't really need more cdr. Especially for manaless armor/cdr in how it would buff DrMundo .

Also for bruisers item 3071 item 3812 item 3142 all exist, tanks item 3401 item 3060 both item 3158 .

Run CDR runes because if they don't need mr items why do they need MR runes?....

Manaless bruisers who want CDR are all of Garen and Renekton. And they build Black Cleaver anyways.

Mundo builds full tank, Shyv builds tank and on-hit, Aatrox is similar to Shyv, Zac is similar to Mundo, Shen builds tank and has inbuilt anti-synergy with CDR anyways.

Vlad and Tryndamere are neither tanks nor bruisers, and are better off building other items.

Also, CDR runes are not a bad deal.

It's part of why I don't jungle as zac anymore; with full attack damage teams being so prevalent, can't itemize to be effective fast enough to make a difference.

I do want more CDR items for Shen but the problem is that the more spammable his abilities are, the easier he runs out. item 3110 and item 3025 provide more resources in addition to their CDR, which helps make the abilities more spammable. But since Shen uses a finite pool of energy, more spammable abilities might actually hurt him.

Though it would be great for his ult.

I depends how aware you are of energy management. His new W is only 40 energy and his new energy pool is 400. So that means you only have to manage the 2 abilities Q and E both of which are his energy return abilities now so it shouldn't be hard. Just place energy focus on Q and E usage.
