I've had honor 3 for about 3-4 weeks I wanna say and haven't gotten a single capsule but my friends have gotten at least 2 each and havent had honor 3 that much longer than me.
I'm just wondering what the chances of them appearing are?
Am I just really unlucky to not have gotten one yet? I keep getting key fragments but no capsules and I haven't been punished for anything.

I got 1 capsule when I got level 3. After that nothing. and I am honor 4
The only reason my bf knew he was honor 3 was because he randomly got a capsule, the game never told him he hit lvl 3.
But it seems like every single one of my friends (I have 3) once they got to honor 3 they got a capsule shortly after and then waited a while and got another.

Capsules only have a chance to replace key fragment drops, and key fragment drops still work like they used to. After each consecutive drop you get in a month, you have less and less of a chance to get more drops until the drops reset in the next month.

I wish the capule chance increased for the next key fragment drop every time you dont get one XD
