Meddler has been saying damage is too high for 3 seasons and he increases it every season.
whats up with that. we lost defensive runes this season for the most part. the keystones do more damage than the older ones.
does he mean what he says at all?

Hasn't meddler not been in charge of live balance for years? I thought they moved him over to R&D for other games
