Make Talon's E reset his AA

I 1 shot everyone but the tanks*

I like talon but mid-late game once he jumps in he's taking the adc/mid laner and support (if they're like sona/soraka etc.) with him and maybe even jungle (if they're squishy as well like shaco or something) before he dies.

This is from my experience of the times I've played him and have seen him played on both mine an the enemy team.

He E's onto the adc Q W's and then ults and runs away in the direction his ult will follow up and kill if they somehow survive the rest of the skills. So it is kind of an escape. Though I see a lot of bad talons use his ult for a speed boost on someone and whine when they get away with little hp
