Ruins every single game in challenger, literally can't do anything but watching him having 2 hp bars, making any non-instant spells irrelevant, making any stuns irrelevant, and preventing any melees from moving

this atrocius design was NEVER balanced, please gut him until you figure out how to balance devour

he probably needs to be forced out of the support role and put into top or jungle to balance the ability, since he pretty much makes ganking bot impossible in the early game, the same way Kalista makes catching the support out impossible

Tahm and Shen and their ilk would be perfectly fine if they didn't do double a melee fighters output in damage with unwinnable trades. At least then you can put them behind.

Even in the support role these champions are absolutely bonkers.

they also buffed glacial augment so he's even more of a terror and if you start of with a ruby you can get 1k hp at lvl1 with the right runes

I get your point, but Kalista being pick/ban in competitive over at least an ENTIRE SEASON OR MORE is not even nearly the same Tahm Kench being pick/ban in two/three weeks.

fair enough

but it really doesn't excuse his brokeness, just because kench was not broken for a long time doesn't mean he has to remain broken and ruin my games

Tahm Kench is pretty much a Bully in lane whenever you get behind. His tankiness with an annoying slow ability + that swallow ability is a nightmare for any adc.

He is also on of the few champions that goes well with boot of swiftness. His natural tankiness doesn't require him to get Tabi or mercury tread.
