Proposed change (slight buff) to Sion

So I have played a decent amount of Sion now, and I like the place he is at. He has counterplay, and he has his own strengths. The one thing I cannot stand though is how bad his dueling potential is. His Q is his bread and butter ability, its actually an AMAZING ability, but once you get used to the champion and you are fighting against him in a duel situation, its almost funny how little of a threat he is after you easily sidestep his q. I know you can just spam Q and not charge it, but the damage is.... well laughable if you do that. I propose adding a SMALL aoe circle JUST AROUND HIS MODEL so players cant just sidestep and aa you while you waste Q. I know it seems like a HUGE buff but, I think he needs it.
