Or they could actually balance her kit instead of overloading the fuck out of her R? Little ridiculous to see someone have that much damage in an AoE. It's no wonder she's the highest winning ADC.

Yes lets not take into account the other 4 members on her team, at least katarina is melee and much shorter range on spell casts.

conditional damage. Need that kill bounce. plus Love Tap proc.

They took away alot of her base AD and DPS from actual auto attacks. Loss of Impure shots means less stacking damage over time, which scaled with her AD before. She petty much only does damage with R and Q bounces now. Which is why u will rarely see an MF actually auto duel for shit anymore. They are pretty much just Ulti bots now.
