Give all of his Mana costs (QWE) a +% of Max Mana addition
So it would read like 60 + (% of Max Mana) Mana cost for his Q, just as an example
The idea behind this being, Ryze is a single target nuking tank mage and once he builds even the slightest amount of mana he never runs out. Well now he can actually run out unless he uses his Ultimate skillfully to get some of it back.

Lord Dusteon1 votesThat ruins the point of him building mana though. He relies on basically machine gunning his skills out constantly, and making him lose a %max mana would make him completely useless very quickly.

Raja Chachki1 votesOr we could just delete him entirely, he creates a false sense of ease and security to new players, then when they try out new champs they get very frustrated about how much they suck.
