Death's Dance isn't OP and doesn't benefit carries.
Death's Dance is trash on adcs because they're not casting abilities that benefit from it and the majority of their damage comes from AA. I'd laugh if I saw a carry with

Death's Dance is meant for casters like

If you see a 
with DD, they're just stupid.
DD is not an OP item, just grants champs that don't build AS more sustain.
Nerfing DD would significantly reduce the effectiveness of Wukong's sustain during his ult.
