It isn't really RNG is

  1. You have complete control and knowledge of when it is gonna happen.
  2. It is completely up to you whether you do anything with said affect or take it away from someone else to use before, during and after it's activation.

All this does it make games less stale and make it to where you have to think about decisions in individual games as opposed to knowing pretty much exactly what you are gonna do before you even get into the game.

.... but if your enemy has 2 or 3 infernal dragons, ... you could have had 2 or 3 infernal dragons.

.... so, .. you're fucked because you didn't control your objectives, ...

How is it Riot's fault you didn't get the right Dragon's? You know which one is gonna spawn before they do. It's not even hidden info you have to discover. there is a giant emblem on the pit that can be seeing through FoW....

RNG and TSM were 3-3, which would have resulted in a tiebreaker, if TSM wasn't 0-2 vs RNG.

Ever since, some TSM were salty as fuck.

RNG is a Chinese Pro team.

There is a big difference between random outcome and random opportunity.

Random Outcome Doing the same thing multiple times yields different results.

Random Opportunity. You are forced to adapt and use different strategies based on different circumstances.

It really seems to me like there is a visible "plant" on the map, that has a distinct model from other "plants", so as long as you have vision of that area of the map, you will know when and where they are, and you can use strategy to utilize them accordingly.

I love random Opportunity. that's how I play Gnar. :3 I can't quite control his rage so I just let it fill and use the time I have as mega wisely... xD

I'm actually excited for plants. Everyone can use them, not just the junglers.
