It looks like soon all ap items will be on the same value as the higher AD items. I mean, 
gives 70 AD. Now we only have a few items that give over 100 ap left.
What next Riot... lets give 80 ap 
because.. you know...mages have sustain damage and are not limited by cooldowns like their AD counter parts.

Done251 votesThe new Unholy passive is awful. Unholy now barely gives any mana regen and the regen passive is only good on tank supports. So basically: Braum, Taric, and Thresh.

But hey, that's not really fair. The AD equivalent of Rylai's is BC, which gives 50 AD. The AD kinda equivalent of Zhonya's gives 50(no more maw)75 AD or 65 AD with 15 lethality...
Let's just not forget that AP items mostly have much more utility than AD items. At least, they used to. Not sure how high Duskblade's utility ranks on the scale.

i have no problem with the nerf, it just overal, a lot of items have lost ap. We used to have 3 items with 120 ap, and i think 3 more items with 100 ap. The average mage could have a total of 800-900 AP at full build. Now its more like 700 ap.

Non-intended mages abusing it, causing the HP to get cut by 100 and the slow to get absolutely gutted compared to before is what hurts.

Utility mages in general need nerfs outside of itemization.
