TTK should be like 3s minimum, not half a second.

Should take less than two seconds to figure out who it is). I wish there was a way to pretty much give this person the T1 treatment (Any time they post on a new account it gets banned) but for boards and just boards. I've built MR boots and 
and she still bursted me down without a 
. At this point i do not think its the lack of MR. Also for a champion of her skill level, her win rate and other statistics are a little too high atm.
I also want to point out that i am a 
Main and i also think Zoe needs a nerf as well. High skill champions just shouldn't be performing THIS well.
