Poppy's buckler should have more consistent behavior, akin to Zac's blobs

Title says it all, this absorption shield is so important for her and her enemy, and right now neither Poppy nor her enemy can predict whether or not it will fall in place where she can pick it up easily, will it be a contest or will she be unable to pic it up without walking right past through enemy. It needs some algorithm like Zac's blobs do to make it always fall in contestable position.

And, also similarly to Zac, if there are no enemy champs nearby it should just fall near her. In the jungle it will sometimes fall in totally painful places, including over the wall...

I believe that it's coded to fall near walls to enable you to make plays with your E if they go for the buckler. Can't find the red post for it, though.

It's in her tips and tricks section and I am surprised another person other than me knows this.

It's done this way intentionally. When you kill a unity with it, it automatically returns the buckler and applies the shield (I think it should lower the cd of it too, to where it could be a more reliable last hitting mechanic). But, anyways, it allows for some balance in the mechanic when it lands randomly because it is inherently strong. It is like 2x as powerful as your auto attack, resets your auto attack (so you get on immediately following the buckler), and gives you a pretty sizeable shield when picked up. It makes you decide "hmmm is just throwing my shield at him/her enough of a trade or do I want to go pick it up then "e" into them and win the trade even more?"

Now that I look at it, it would kind of make sense if using 'E' lowered its cooldown...

If it is supposed to be a meaningful decision, it should not be sometimes very easy to pick up and sometimes not. Right now in even matchup it is too often 'just toss it and see what happens'.

Plus if you read her tips and tricks it tells you it will land in the direction of a wall. The angle was designed to setup wall stuns if you have the chance to.

And it always lands to the wall nearest the target away from Poppy. So if you are near the left wall It will veer off to the right. I believe it goes from point of throw so you can throw from the left and walk towards the right and instantly grab it.
