Why doesn't GP get gold from shooting his own Barrels?

It would fit his hyper-scaling playstyle.

Fuck no, it would literally give him gold for free. For every else money earning thing, he has to do stuff.

Also on a side note, he isn't hyper-scaling anymore.

I would literally just go kleptomancy gp, shoot enemy with q, then place barrels next to myself so they wouldn't be able to engage on me, then detonate them as soon as my next one goes off cd.

that's what people do. unless your'e a hard-engage champ, you can't get near creeps so long as gangplank puts a barrel on his own wave, then he just drops one on you if you're near your own creeps

and this is supposed to be "interactive" gameplay
