Hes fine. He has defined strengths and weaknesses, hes fun to play, he looks cool. You can build him many different ways, each way viable depending on the situation.
I would rather him stay as is, rather than have him lose his timidity and play style completely like so many reworked champions have.
I honestly am enjoying the slow from inspiration path, and the debt, and the lower cost of botrk right now, makes it super fast to obtain.
