Oh boy riot completely ignoring the damage creep, but hey its fine they nerfed quinn passive by 5 damage! Now maybe her WR will drop by .1% combined on her 3 roles and she'll be at 54.9% instead of 55%!

But hey its fine they nerfed IE, those pesky crit adcs were dominating bot lane, we gotta give some breathing room to heimer/swain/fiddle/brand/zyra LOL.

Also they nerfed her by 4 base armor, you completely forgot that.

Also Fiddle got a strong early game nerf to his E (+20/15/10/5/0 mana cost), and he's one of the many glaring problems in botlane.

Also they nerfed the stats but gave IE a way better build path for marksmen.

Nerfed Mercurial Scimitar by 15 AD and "compensated" with a 100 gold decrease in cost (They actually rigged the numbers in the patch notes to say it's reduced by 200 gold but it's only reduced by 100).
