They didn't even nerf him. They just decided to swap power from his E elsewhere because they'd rather his power be in the more skillful parts of his kit. Not all changes to champions that aren't outright buffs are nerfs -_-

They did nerf him because doesn't matter what no one will take the full damage of your Q in lane.

So it's better waveclear and team fighting. It doesn't need to be as good in the same place as E was.

And this is the second Sion vs Irelia thread you've made since yesterday, but this one doesn't say anything new. So I don't get why this exists. Are you just trying to use the community generally liking Sion to rally support for nerfing Irelia or what?
