I couldn't agree more. That's why I play him so much, because it just feels absolutely dirty.
TwitchInMyPants1 votesEve has an easy escape post 6, Kayn doesn't. Eve has hard cc pre6, Kayn doesn't. Hell Eve is more midgame centric wheras Kayn is an early game invader who scales gradually. These champions are hella different.
If you want someone to compare to what Kayn has available try something like Zed or Lee which are both pretty much burst and mobility like Kayn. If you want to complain about Eve, just point out her flaws and reasonably discuss what you'd change.
