So explain to me exactly why Riven avoided any changes during this juggernaut thing?

You can't honestly expect me to accept her current state but you'll do what you've done to Morde/Skarner?

Her shield is just as effective as theirs Her AoE is just as useful as theirs Her Damage is just as good as theirs etc. etc.

You'll give Darius a delay on his Q and Veigar a delay on his E (AND GRAVES CAN'T HAVE A DAMN CIGAR) but you won't give Riven a delay on her Q?

She has more CC than Darius/Garen/Morde/Skarner (AoE stun and AoE knockup) She has more mobility than Darius/Garen/Morde/Skarner (4 dashes not counting flash for a blink) She has just as much(maybe not as great as Garen/Morde) of a "defensive" ability (ad scaling shield...just why?) As well as a steroid that also gives a RANGED execute. Darius/Garen/Skarner all have to be in melee range for their ults and Morde's range isn't THAT great on it.

Why exactly did she avoid any type of changes (mainly looking at giving her a delay between Q's and changing her shield for ad to either hp/ap) How is she avoiding anything? I know she has her lane counters such as Olaf or Garen, neither have the ability to keep up with her late game without turning to her over either of the carries. Which is kinda stupid that as a tank you're forced to go after a bruiser/tank because if not she'll just roflstomp your carries and even if she doesn't succeed she's created an easy opportunity for her ACTUAL carries to go in because everyone blew their CD's trying not to get stunned/knockup and bursted down.

Her kit design itself might not be as bad as i'm making it sound but the lack of restrictions on it definitely are.

Because Riven isn't a Juggernaut AKA Fighter/Tank.

Probably the same reason why they decided to nerf Veigar but leave Annie point click stun for 5 days and 94273 damage
