Can ADC's stop making out that their role is hard...

Compare this role to SMITE's version. If ADC's in this game actually had to AIM their auto-attacks like their do in SMITE, then I would be happy to admit that they take skill however as long as they rely on point and click/auto-lock on auto-attacks, I'm sorry, I just find it damn impossible to believe that any of them actually take skill.

Before you downvote, hear me out... (Because I will get them because ADC mains are some of the most arrogant players in the game with Vayne's being the top of the most toxic list)

ADC's do not have to aim their auto-attacks which gives them free access to a mechanic that will NEVER miss. I just find this rediculous when I've seen how other moba's deal with the whole ADC concept and they do it much better. In SMITE, the ADC has to aim their auto-attacks so it feels fairer when you engage them, rather then rolling around on the floor and right clicking essentially.

ADC's have NEVER been a "weak" place, no matter how much their players cry. Teamcomps have ALWAYS included an ADC since this game came out so unlike Mages, that can be phased out for the much more powerful assassins, ADC's are ALWAYS going to be in the game in some for or another so there is nothing weak about them. Some of them are the most infuriating, faceroll champions in the game. So seriously, if you think they are weak, try playing a mage that has been left behind by Riot.

The role is hard, not the champs in the role (at least not all of them). Youre squishy and almost everything can 1v1 you so you have to rely on your team even if you do well in lane.

I don't like ADC for that exact reason. It's no wonder that ADC mains are stereotyped as the most likely to complain. They are effectively everyone's little bitch that must be taken care of to actually do well.

I've played ADC a few times and it is my least favorite role because of how team reliant you are. Tanks are team reliant too, but mainly in having others do the damage while you hold down the enemy, so you normally have all the people you want to focus in your sights.

As an ADC, everyone on the enemy team is out to get you, and if just one person is missing you'll go, "Where's Rengar?" Right as an exclamation point comes over your head.

Tanks need their team to win. ADCs need their team to stay alive.

Nothing sucks more then being the ADC that's already behind that gets instagibed focused every fight....even though you're already practically useless

I think there's a difference between being difficult and being unforgiving. A difficult role is one that you are less likely to succeed in, which is just not true for ADC. As long as you don't play badly, you should be fine. If you do try to play like Riven, or if you didn't farm enough or fed your laner, of course you're going to get your ass handed to you.

Its just a different type of difficulty imo. You pretty much cant even play the game on your own and even if you win lane, that mid laner with 2 level on you is probably gonna 1v2 you bot. And what even is a difficult role if you have to be less likely to succeed in it? Every role has "50%" win rate, or not? :o Dark Souls is only really hard because its unforgiving too.

I wish more people took this line of thought into consideration.

Every class and position is a mixture of skills. There is no one level of skill that people should use to compare.

100% accurate. Apparently rightclicking other champions to death from 550 range is considered "hard" but when Master Yi, Trydamere or Jax do that in melee range they are "easy noob champs".

Low elo community on these boards sadly.

Yeah, but I'll be downvoted by all those ADC mains that cannot accept that their role is easy as long as auto-attacks are incapable of missing.

Yeah but the people who actually have a good understanding of this game gotchu homie.

According to the low elo kids here adcs are hard to play and Yasuo and Zed are the best champs in the game and easy.

Well Yi got his Q, W and is immune to slows, Trynda has high base hp, a heal, an AD debuff and his ult and Jax got his E and ult. I dont think theyre op but they have more defensive mechanics than most/all adcs.

As a support main I can tell you ADC is clearly difficult because sometimes I want to kill myself, and sometimes I feel like I've been given wings, freedom, and unlimited sunshine.

The amount of absolutely clueless ragers who play ADC is ridiculous

Especially true if you go Bard support...then they expect a babysitter not knowing Bard is a roaming support that gets strength to help them from roaming and snagging his chimes..

In solo queue when so few players are actually focusing on peeling for the ADC, Ya it is kinda really hard. No player can worry about not dying to a fed Rengar or LeBlanc while still pumping out the same level of damage. Playing takes trust in your team which if you are playing with a regular five people is easier to reach. But when I'm jumping into a game with new people and my Morgana support keeps running into their boy lane over and over and feeding, leaving my alone to 1v2, the position becomes quite challenging.

ADCs are very hard to play. i have a lot easier time playing mages and tanks. you make me play an ADC and all of a sudden nothing makes sense.

i find it a pretty hard role to play for me. so yea, i think it takes skill, i dunno, its harder than i can handle playing.

As player of the Big Mobas (LoL, Smite, Dota 2, Heroes of the Storm), I kinda have to agree.

With Smite, being an ADC is quite challenging with having to aim everything as well as trying to kite...

But is also the most rewarding when you do get the kill.

With League, point and click but you do have to watch out for jg although some ADCs are capable of winning a 1v3.
