Pink Wards will NOT counter stealth anymore

Riot have announced that next preseason, Pink Wards will NOT make champs using "Invisibility", there shiny new word for stealth - Basically 's R, 's R etc. But I think Riot are considering that this change will HORRIBLY break and if they are unable to be uncloaked during a fight.

I swear if this change happens, then I am leaving League behind because its a disgusting idea. As a support main, I already have enough trouble with the mobility that stealth champs have running out of range from a pink ward so thanks for making my job almost impossible Riot.

Dont jump on the hate bandwagon just yet. Remember, theyre changing how stealth works in the assasin update. Wait and see what they do

Just like how removing oracles broke stealth champions oh wait it didnt. If oracles being removed didint break stealth why would pink wards being slightly changed do it?

They also even made a special mention to how this would be problematic on for example Twitch, so that's likely getting tweaked. Please don't jump to conclusions, sure Riot's made their fair share of mistakes but they aren't utterly retarded.

I wish they'd at least make pinks go invisible/time-out again. They're really gonna start feeling like you're just giving free gold to the enemy.

Making invisible champions completely undetectable has the potential to make the game completely un-fun for everyone else (Especially given Riot's pattern in Season 6 of maintaining 15-20 champs at a significantly higher power level than the rest at any given time).

I certainly hope there is enough counterplay post-rework.

I think they seem to be making stealth to be more like untargetable. Breaking aggro, like walking into a bush.

I understand your frustration, I am still annoyied i can't QSS off Zed ulti or Fizz Fish, I don't like having my opions to counter taken away from me.
