Anybody else notice how wording can make people think something is op or not?

If you look at fiddle W and fiddle R it now shows the total damage you can deal, making people think it is a lot more op and strong than they remembered.

Example: "You do 100 damage every second for 5 seconds." Seems alright and not op sounding.

Example of it sounding op: "You do 100 damage every second for 5 seconds doing a total of 500 damage."

Example of sort of weak sounding: "You deal 500 damage over 5 seconds."

They all are the same just worded slightly differently. The Garen E changes which made his E weaker to multiple enemies got reworded to just say it does more damage to single targets while the damage to multiple was still the same. Say it said it does 500 damage but 20% less damage to multiple targets, now it says it does 400 damage and 25% more damage to a single target.
