This seems like a must have on her (maybe Hextech Gunblade too), given her living weapon passive. She can rush this item and gain a lot of benefits while holding off on choosing a select path for a while longer. Unless she can only choose one way from the beginning and cant mix it up or reach every requirement with just 6 items.

JavelinJoe1 votesIt is an item that has both stats as permanent stats while also increasing said stats. She is an AA based champion also it seems. Likely each ability will have some kind of related scaling too. Yes passive is permanent stat only but not necessarily scaling of said abilities.
