The amount of toxicity that can happen over enemy first blood is crazy now.

People give up after the 2nd death. Not because the game is unwinnable, but because it just feels so shit to play from behind.

Just have the person with the most deaths on your team feed someone who isn't very good a kill or three....

Bounty system jumps up a lot at 2 - 3 consecutive kills and soon after that it will just scale by 50 so just kill them before that happens

Whoever is feeding them will only be worth 50 gold (provided they don't get any kills) so at most you are giving away 150 for like 300

I had a nunu (who should have been adc) run it down top lane with teleport and ghost (I didn't consent to this)...He continually int fed the Camille and everytime I killed her I got atleast 450 gold....the nunu ended up giving up and disconnecting for the rest of the game thinking that we would lose..soon after everyone started coming toplane to kill me (I was Nasus ) I had such a massive item lead on everyone it was so unfair...we ended up winning easily despite the 4v5.
