Bad change imo. Nashor's is supposed to be the on hit item for AP users. Reducing the AP makes it less useful for those that already build it, and it still wouldn't be a good buy on anyone else.

Lets have it build out of two stingers and a forbidden stone. 3800. +100% attack speed, +20% CDR >_>

I dont think less AP and more attack speed if a good idea. Most champions who use nashors also already use hurricane.

All ADC mains be like "Fk item 3085 . At least item 3115 has AP lolol"

Why would anyone build Hurricane?

The attack speed on a CDR item is exactly what makes it useless in the first place. Basically every character wants to either spam their skills, or spam their attacks. The ones that do both are still commonly heavy on one side of it (Diana, Jax, Teemo, and Kayle on the attk spd side, Fizz, TF, Kennen on the cast speed side). Mixing those stats is a bad idea for the same reason that mixing AD and AP is a bad idea, except I don't think there's a skill that truly uses both attack and cast speed. Some work like Kayle, Irelia and Fizz, where a duration of attacks are buffed, but cooldown reduction is very non-valuable on getting those to improve your burst, so it's still attack speed primarily.

Honestly, if there were a stat that didn't fit on the item, it would be Cooldown reduction. However, it seems to be the staple on it.

Unless you have an active ability that gives an AS steroid that is the reason build on-hit items on that champion. However, the champions that have that usually don't build AP even if they scale with it.

Problem is, if it does have that, the character rarely cares if its cooldown comes back. It's easier to power up the duration of your skill than to drag durations closer. CDR works best on utility, not so much on duration skills.

i think that would really diminish it's strength a lot. if anything the attack speed should be reduced and the AP increased.
