ADC just gets worse and worse...

I'm complaining again. Here we go. I was a Caitlyn who was just attacking a Lee Sin who seemed to be trolling, but before I knew it, he jumped on me and killed me almost instantly. I couldn't counter him in any ways and it just makes me want to quit ADC. This is just BS Thunderlords Decree has made so many champions ridiculously strong that it just gets to the point where it's completely unfair. He also only had the Warrior Enchantment and Maw of Malmortius and he was still able to kill me in around under a second. I'm honestly sick of playing ADC, especially in Bronze where there are shitty supports who don't peel or help you at all, but just run around doing some bullshit and stealing kills. I honestly feel half of the supports that I get were just autofilled into the role because they never seem to know what to do and when to do it. In Bronze, here the supports just steal CS and kills and never help you even when you need it. But for me, it's worst when I'm playing Draven and a support purposely just takes the kill. Is this considered trolling? If you steal kills from an ADC like Draven he is just going to become useless because he is getting no gold. This happens to me so much that it makes it obvious that the supports do not know what they're doing. They shouldn't even be taking your kills unless it will save your life. I'm complaining again but there are just so many things in this game that are bugging me and I just have to talk about it. Can you guys just please add some counterplay for ADC's? Especially with assassins and tanks in the META, I really think that they will need it.
