He has a 60%+ ban rate and his ult true dmg is just completely retarded. No, I didn't get destroyed by cho, 'cuz he's aways banned, but I watched a stream and that dumb champ had 8k hp and had one shot 100 to 0 enemy adc. He's been like that for how long and no nerfs anywhere ? Is this real life.
