Things Developers Refuse to Address in 2019 and Won't in 2020

1 - Damage creep. For 2 years now players have been telling Riot Game Developers to stop funneling everything in the game with damage. Champion reworks, VGU, new champions, itemization, rune reworks, dragon buffs, minor adjustments to numbers are all a major contributing factor to the damage creep in this game. Every preseason and at the end of the season, these Developers say they are going to address it. Then, out of nowhere things like a Conqueror rework or a new champion with a overloaded kit, gets introduced into the game.

2 - Riot has released 5 champions since March (Yuumi). There have been zero mini-VGU, hardly any VGU, and the same champions getting a GU. Despite telling the community that 2019 would be a split of new champions and VGU, it was literally 75% new champions with overloaded kits and damage and I think only 1 VGU. Riot will probably use the excuse that players don't want VGU since the massive failures in 2018, but that is a flat out lie. Players want a mini-VGU for champions like Zilean, Veiger, Tryn, Udry, Wukong, Mundo, Ammu, and much more. Instead, we have 5 new champions that are now being prioritized for large scale reworks and mini-reworks because they were released with overloaded kits and bad champion design. SHOCKER, that these Developers would use 2018 as a excuse to virtually do nothing in 2019 and most likely nothing in 2020.

3 - Speaking of reworks and art VFX updates, the champions the community want to be worked on are ignored year after year. It has taken these Developers WAY too long to address players concerns when they are priortizing reworks on the same champions (Lux, Ryze, Riven, ETC) every single year, while they ignore and take almost 1 full year to work on another (Wukong, Diana, Lissandra, ETC). Let's also bring up the subject that the Development team is straight up ignoring a entire champion community who is asking for change on their champion, but making up excuses year after year as to why their work ethic continues to favor the same things every year. Wow, it's not like the Karma mains have been asking for 7 years for work to be done and for you to actually listen. It's not like the Udry mains have been asking for you to do something with him the past few months.

4 - Champion identities, attention and relevance are dictated by the LCS and how much these Developers nerf/buff them for the pro scene. Instead of addressing problems with a champion, it's simpler to rework Ryze and Lux and nerf Karma's only damage move that is blocked by minions and affects her solo lane capacity. WHAT A SHOCKER THAT DEVELOPERS WOULD CHOOSE TO REWORK RYZE AGAIN.

5 - There is a serious problem with the algorithm of the matchmaking system. I'm sorry but games always feel one sided. Why is there a random Iron 3 player on one team and VS a full high gold and diamond team? It makes no sense to me. How has no Developer commented on the very skewed matches in terms of rank?

What did we all learn in 2017-2019? These Developers don't care about your opinions, will not address damage creep, will continue to ignore problems on one champion but rework Ryze and Lux every year, make excuses for their terrible work ethic. value new champions over their older ones, and create excuses instead of results. I hope the COMMUNITY has a great holiday, but Riot Game employees . . . . the vast majority of us can care less. It seems like you don't care about the game, your older champions, or the community anymore.

Stop talking like "the community" wants the things that you listed.

I, for example, like to get new champions, instead of witnessing the deletion of old roster.

Kayle, Morgana, Morde, Panth - VGU (4) Sylas, Yuumi, Qiyana, Senna, Aphelios - NEW (5)

Sorry what? That's pretty even.

The matchmaker is garbage.
