Well, Kindred has no hard CC of any kind, so no.

If you are making a snarky comment about Kindred's E compared to Vayne's W, Kindred's is a one time activation, not a passive, and does not do true damage. So still no.

did mean to be snarky about her w not her e, but what would you consider %max health damage? Unless its dealt as physical or magic which i haven't seen a mention of its basically the same as true damage right? as its going to deal a set amount no matter the armor/mr.

Because it's physical damage, only can hit one target and is on a lengthy cooldown (is not a passive on hit like Vayne's), costs Kindred a rather large chunk of mana, and is only 5% max health which does not scale higher (the flat amount scales, the %max hp is always 5%).

How about you read up on Kindred on any of the sites covering PBE such as surrender@20 (http://www.surrenderat20.net/2015/09/915-pbe.html#more) and learn about the new champion before making low effort posts solved by less than a minute of quick reading?
