"Match quality"

You talk so much about it, and you ban people who, brace yourselves, smack talk in a video game, in order to "preserve" it -- yet, people who actually ruin the game by feeding, boosting, being an asshole, all that... they just kind of get off without so much as a slap on the wrist.

Sure is fun playing a game where I have an Ez building Statik Shiv (he never once built an AD item) and feeding all game as his support duo buddy cussed me out all game despite not feeding myself and doing fine in lane. The Kha'zix who repeatedly tower dove and died, jumped into 1v4s, and all that.

You know who I reported? Not the Sona, I don't care about people talking in a video game, I reported the three of them for feeding -- but that won't do anything anyway.

Great match quality, Rito.

they have to regulate chat to keep a T rating.

otherwise it gets the "online interactions not rated by the ESRB" rating.

(* on the flipside if the game were unrated graves could get his cigar and ahri could show more cleavage *)

Online interactions aren't rated by ESRB anyway. Unless there's zero way for players to communicate, there's no way they could rate it.

Graves' cigar was never about rating, it was about marketing. Places like China (and Russia? I don't remember what the other one was) frown on tobacco use, so Rito changed a character for money's sake. Same with Karthus' splashes being more shadowed and not showing any bones, since China doesn't like that either.
