LeBlanc is absolute cancer to fight if you are a melee who isn't Lee Sin or Zed

I just played a game as Olaf and I was fed as hell. I'm talking about 1v3 the enemy bot lane and jungler and get a triple with plenty hp to go after the rest of the team. But, being Olaf with no gap closers, LeBlanc was absolutely impossible to kill. I could chilling smite, ult, ghost, BotRK, axe her, and she still just presses W and then R and goes "outplayed."

Like no, you did not outplay me, you just halfway across the map with 2 abilities on low cooldown. Thinking back to when she had that silence... oh god. It's hard to stop her from bullying now since she can just go back to her W, I can't even imagine what it was like back when she had her silence (although I do remember her being banned A LOT).

With 40% cdr and mana regen there is absolutely no way to catch this bitch. She can use an untargeted Akali dash every 5 seconds. I hope she isn't one of the champions who gets compensated for DFG removal, because that is unhealthy as hell. Imagine if Zed's shadows could go twice as long and his ultimate didn't take anytime to proc its damage.

Build MR and use your higher pushing power to your benefit. If you ward well and you have built in sustain you can actually pull off some crazy cheese like proxy farming mid lane.

Never forget that League is a game of objectives, not kills.

League not being kill-oriented is no excuse for a champion to be immortal.

immortality is a choice. Safe champions can and should easily be forced to make a choice between staying alive and protecting their objectives. If they choose the former you simply take the objectives, if they choose the latter they put themselves in your kill zone. The point is they cannot do both, and that is why it is completely fair.

Epilogue of Life2 votes

Yeah and then you have champions like Darius who doesn't even have that choice. If he's there, he can only tank dmg and fight, he doesn't even get to consider if dying for _____(insert objective here) is worth it.

I always prefer the champions who require high amounts of situational awareness to position correctly, since they typically have stronger stats and abilities to make up for it. If your awareness is good enough you can do a ton of work, like forcing safe champions into bad positions.

Epilogue of Life2 votes

But it's also completely unfair for one champion to be able to get out of almost any situation, while another champion will be punished severely for the slightest mistakes...Let's continue using Darius here. Leblanc is as strong a bully as him in lane with her Q and W, and she even has a snare to peel for herself...why does she also get a mini shaco ult as passive and another double teleport with ult??? And she's AP, which means that she can abuse Zhonyas Hourglass.

redniwediS1 votes

That would be the case if this was a 1v1 game, however you can bring team members with you who cover your weaknesses. This is where the fairness comes from.

Epilogue of Life2 votes

Yeah what does LB need her team for lol she can escape 1v5 all day everyday.

redniwediS2 votes

I think you missed the whole part where I said if she wants to stay alive she can, but she has to give up objectives for it. Who cares if she can juke 5 people if you win the game?

Epilogue of Life2 votes

Some people don't enjoy being unable to kill another player just because a certain champion is immortal.

redniwediS2 votes

That's their problem then. League is about objectives, not kills, and they should go play Call of Duty or another game where kills are the goal.

Epilogue of Life1 votes

most assassins need kills to snowball to stay relevant....

redniwediS1 votes

And? All champions need gold to stay relevant, whether from kills or farm, however no amount of kills will win the game by default. Structures are the goal in League of Legends, and immortal champions are only a problem when they can both not die AND defend/take towers. Champions like Zed can split push, but they cannot solo defend against a 5 man push. It's not like Force of Nature Mundo way back when, there is not a single champion who can do everything.

Epilogue of Life1 votes

Assassins tend to need the most gold to stay in the game, especially Zed, who falls off heavily due to QSS and Zhonya neutering him.

redniwediS1 votes

And? You're ignoring my main point. Gold is gold, but only towers win the game. Safe champions can be put in a situation where they either play safe or lose towers, and that is how you beat them. You don't kill them, you play to their weaknesses.

DaedricTerror131 votes

No thats the games problem, people play for multiple reasons, also she can still be immortal and take defend objectives, you are wrong.

DaedricTerror131 votes

1v1 still happens and HAS to happen in many situations.

Also she is still that epic in team fights so whats ur point?

DaedricTerror131 votes

So basically everything leblanc laughs at?

She can have the worse positioning in the world and kill someone then escape from 4 other champs.

Why are you defending her?

asktiks5 votes

oh the irony of the title ...

well lee sin AND zed are an absolute CANCER to play against if your anything that uses ap and has a mana bar

that said, yes you are going to have trouble catching le blanc as olaf , hes easily kited too unless ulting but I can wait / bait that out

anyways...yeah as olaf shes a pain but kassadin lols at her, cho with silence / rupture can pretty much eat her up with some mr , and believe it or not ashe , just arrow her in the face the second she ports to her circle wich is CLEARLY indicated with the mark she leaves on the ground

also, dfg wont solve your problem since its the teleport you seem to be complaining about , and she doesn't need dfg to teleport away

seems like l2p is in order, why are you chasing her? to chase the kill ? kill any of the other four players , shes a single target assassin that contributes nothing except single target damage on teamfights, has horrible tower pushing power, in short, there are better targets you can be chasing as olaf imo

Epilogue of Life1 votes

I play Kass against Zed, and I enjoyed the lane so much. Zed was so pissed at me ulting away from his ult.

DaedricTerror131 votes

Oh bullshit, lee needs to hit his skill shots hes no big deal ( I don't think the dash should be allowed on trinkets and wards though)

and fucking Zeds dashes are nothing compared to leblancs, she dashes FORWARD and leaves the teleport behind, he pushes his FORWARD so he has to go in and attacka nd can't escape after.

its a whole different thing, shes also ranged, hes mostly melee.

DrCyanide3 votes

"Champion with multiple escapes is impossible to catch with champion who's only CC is a slow"

No Duh! Try catching Riven using only slows, it's the exact same story.

Zahz3 votes

Wait so you are going 1v3 vs people and winning yet are complaining that leblanc has an escape? .......wow that is just ...wow

DaedricTerror132 votes

Completely and totally agree'd

People who downvoted you are cancer of league who want OP fotm because they suck.

0 honour.

I just played a game as Olaf

Like no, you did not outplay me,

She did. In champion select. Pick a viable champion and you won't have this problem.

Let me see....

Olaf - A VERY slow Fighter with no gap closers.

LeBlanc - A HIGHLY mobile and long ranged Mage/Assassin.

2+2=?
