Or...hear me out. Old blitz Q should have been the peak of hooks, and other hook supports shouldn't exist since blitz is the hook support? Kick Naut back into the jungle where he belongs and actually nerf Pyke so he isnt the best.

Old blitz Q couldn't exist because a displacement that strong being a point and click ability was more broken than any alternatives. You're out of your mind if you're suggesting to make it point and click again.
riot isnt the one saying naut has to be in bot lane as a support. he is there cuz of many reasons
he has slow clears and slow movement around the map he can easily be invaded
for naut to be a meta jungler they would have to either nerf alot of the junglers currently and buff naut in clear speed and ms.
also most of the meta jungles have some kind of terrain mechanic where they can go over/threw terrain allowing them better mobility and gank routes around the map.
just cuz riot said "blitz is the hook" dont mean there cant be other supports that do this as well
they were saying it as that was his defining characteristic.
thresh has a hook but also has tons of utility naut has a hook but is just a cc bot pyke has a hook but is an "assassin'
so as we can see the hook dont define the other three. where as blitz that is what you think of.
Blitz hook is a best hook in the game by a good bit. His kit is based around it those champions are not based around the hook that is all riot is saying.
Also love you don't list thresh despite the fact if any champion is better at being a hook champions then Blitz it's him. Really showing you are just trying to hate for the sake of hate.
