Who the hell thought it was a good idea to add a giant ass quest pop up in the middle of a game?

Seriously?

I’m trying to play the game then next thing you know IN THE MIDDLE OF MY GAME a quest appears right dead centre saying “HEY DO THIS QUEST”

Who the hell at Riot approved this?
