Kassadin in URF

When I saw he wasn't removed the first time I tried to play, I was ecstatic. Then I played and was let down immensely. It wasn't fun. Having his ult cooldown basically the same as normal game really makes it boring, even more so, doing THAT to it, AND removing the increased damage makes it almost worthless, nevermind the fact it makes him not worth playing.
