Change for "changes sake" is BAD
having an idea... testing that idea.. seeing if people respond well to it.. like the idea... and really want that.. and then finally after all the feed back implementing that change that's a GOOD type of change.
shoving something down our throats that no one freaking wants is a BAD change.
we DID want the ability to pick our stats. and u gave us that.. that u LISTENING to your player base.
at the same time.. we told you.. that
90 hp at lvl 18 is absolutely worthless and 10 cdr is a joke

NO ONE wanted those resolves changes
and the celerity changes drastically hurt every single champion that actually NEEDED celerity to function.. NONE of which actually needed nerfs.

if X is a problem with ADC's THEN ADDRESS THE FUCKING ADC'S
and maybe.. MAYBE if u WANTED TO hit cerlity so u could restore buffs to those champions so they would be healthier champsions... then i would be "ok" with this.
i mean if u wanted to nerf celerity on nidalee so she could have her kitty cooldowns back at 5 second.. and have her % hp traps back, and have a full reset on non jungle camps back.. then SURE nerf celerity.
BUT IM NOT STUPID ENOUGH TO THINK YOU HAVE THE BRAINS TO FUCKING DO THAT. because whoever is in charge of the final decision have no concept of WTF is healthy for this game.
