I don't think a Kai'sa doing well in a low elo ARAM is a good bar of her strength personally.

Matters of opinion always differ. It's why we're not in charge of what changes are made to the characters.

If some silver scrublord like me can make it work (and work well at that), then the champ is not weak by any means. The champs are the same in challenger as they are in bronze, the items are the same, nothing changes except how well you work as a team and how much CC you stack. So, if the champ performs well in one ELO, then it can perform well in every ELO if you put in half a second of effort.

But we don't think logically here, so nevermind.

Any silver player can make any champion work against other silvers That's an idiotic arguement to make for a champion's viability

Funny part about that... I've laned against literally every ELO minus Masters (they're a rare breed I guess), and the even funnier part is that I've stomped lanes against literally every ELO minus Masters.

So I donno about being "better" -- I'd prefer to say "luckier" or "carried."

It's easier for silver scrub lords to find sucess on her because people at lower elo do not punish her weaknesses. They are happy to just let kaisa farm her way to 3 items when she starts scaling well.

Except you dont. 500 range means you're bullied in lane. It's why lucian isn't viable at the moment. If you stay even during laning phase, it's because you werent punished properly, not because the champ is fine.
