Can we get some context on the most recent nerfs/buffs? Because most of them make no sense

for example. I don't think a single person saw Hecarim and thought "wow he can walk through units, what BS! We should put that on his E!" It just doesn't make any sense. And insult to injury, his HP growth per level and base HP got nerfed. I haven't seen Hecarim other than myself (which was only twice) in months, I'm pretty sure I'll see a before I next see Hecarim.

And nerfs... What? I just... Why? And of all things, his slow? Why?... In all honestly that just seems like somebody at Riot's balancing team has a personal vendetta against Karthus.

And HP regen up. I personally don't really have a problem with it (let's be honest, here E makes her practically take no damage anyways), but why would you buff a champion that a majority of the player base dislikes in any way shape or form.

Then you nerf ... You literally nerfed one of the most important parts of his kit. Champions now already have a ton of mobility to get away, now they can get away after he Q easier. Whatever, at least it wasn't his taunt.

ultimate nerfs... Alright, someone on the balance team had to have gotten destroyed by full AD Skarner or something. In what context does nerfing his AD ratio on his ult make sense? Was I missing out on some AD Skarner meta?

And lastly, how is it that a certain few things escaped meaningful nerfs yet another patch. Especially Yasuo and Rageblade. The former is probably on his way to visit and pretty soon, because just like those two Riot is refusing to take a good look at him and are allowing his power to spiral out of control. You can't keep pretending he doesn't exist and then absolutely destroy him like you did Olaf and more recently Kassadin. And Rageblade is going to be the cause of so many champions getting gutted.

I can already see and plenty of others getting absolutely gutted just before they finally nerf Rageblade. Kinda reminds of something that happened not too long ago
