His winrate is only low because of his high popularity and high skill floor. He's strong as fuck in solo queue when played to his full potential. It's absurd to suggest buffing him at this point. He already got compensation buffs for the changes to crit items and that was all he needed.

Pro play or not, Yasuo is a champion that no one wants to play against. If I were at RITO, I would nerf him even more (or rework him).
I'm sorry but you do realize Yasuo is both one of the most played and technically skilled champions out there right? his winrate is always going to be low.
The thing that holds him down is the stupidity of his playerbase.
Should Yasuo be buffed? Yes.
Should it be without compensation nerfs? Under any and all circumstances, no.
+100% bonus AD ratio on his R without taking away some if not all its ArPen isn't the way to go.
Alternatively, they can buff his ult like that, provided true damage from Conqueror stops proc'ing off of crits and ArPen on R gets reduced by at least 33%.
Yas shouldn't be buffed under any circumstances until he's received a rework.
