As a Camille main nearing 400 Camille games, her ultimate needs some work. Here's my suggestions.
The Hextech Ultimatum
- No Longer passively grants Camille magic damage when active (This was seriously just useless hidden power. I never said "Oh wow I won that trade because of that extra 5 magic damage on my basic attacks!")
- Now lasts 2 seconds at all ranks +0.5 seconds each time Camille damages the trapped target (This forces her to 1v1 the target instead of being an entrapment bot in late game)
- Camille can also not leave the area by any means (Camille is forced to stay and fight her target, thus leaving room for bad decisions)
- Camille may reactivate R after the initial 2 seconds to break it.
- Camille takes reduced damage from anyone who is not the trapped individual (This is important -- as a diver, she needs tools to survive in late game teamfights. Fiora has healing and parry, Rengar has healing and CC cleanse, Xin is gonna be immune to damage, etc)
ultimate? You want camille to be left on the gutter until she gets reworked? Because that was the reason why poppy was left so weak fro so much time. Her ult was unhealthy as she could only be damaged by the targetted champion. So she coudl ult the hyper carry and solo it or....she could ult the support (Which realistically had no damage to kill a bruiser) and proceed to kill all the carries while they were unable to do anything
main myself I got to say I do like your idea.
The only thing I would change is that the ultimate has a maximum duration of let's just say 4/5 maybe even 6 seconds.
Not being able to leave as Camille is a bit scary but I do like the risk/reward component that is offered by this change.
