Abhorrently Hard Olaf Counter?

By this point I'm done trying to outplay axes. The cooldown is just too short, and I end up getting absolutely dicked on whatever I try (Camille, WW, Shen). Honestly he just gets the slightest sniff of a lead and suddenly I can't even approach my minions anymore

That being said, I haven't tried anything outside the champions I enjoy/want to play, so what champion do I need to learn that gives scummy Olaf players the exact same misery I feel, and make them regret even considering picking the champion for the full 15 minutes minimum of their in game existence?

I was thinking Teemo, but the few outdated counters I've found also seem to suggest Vlad...

Someone who has a really large sustain early (or can face tank multiple axes?) Sure, the cd is low, but they cost mana. If you manage to go through his mana bar, he's basically useless (with an E one in a while) I'd recommend something like Trundle, Renek?

I forgot XinZhao is a good choice against olaf because item 3124 basically ensure olaf will never be able to outsustain him. I've never lost a lane as Xin against olaf while taking summoner 14 . Xin has both the burst and sustain early game to zone out olaf unless jungler camps.
