The team who hits 6 first usually ends up winning the entire game if they were not already dominating. But if everyone got level 6 at the same time, then the unfortunate team would still have a chance to fight on equal ground and not be further punished for being given unfortunately bad champions.

EMeta2 votesNaw, you want those early trades to matter to some degree, and the gold you get for kills isn't enough to do that. If everyone gets 6 to basically start, it's also even more tilted towards late-game powers & tanks. No thanks.

What skill is there really to remove? It is 5v5 in a single narrow lane with limited healing/health recovery options as well as shopping opportunities. Even a blind player can hit an enemy. This would just allow everyone to have all of their abilities available at the same time. After 6 they would level like normal though.
