Two problems i'd like to address
The first one being damage/cc falloff, and knock ups.
Ill address the latter first. Due to the massive amount of knock ups and knock backs, they should be affected by tenacity. Before they were a rare occurrence (besides things like hecarim E knockback) and only a few champions had it.
Now every other champion has some form of SET stun duration. You are a sitting duck for THIS amount of seconds and there is literally nothing you can do about it. That needs to go.
There are MORE knock ups and knock backs than there are stuns in the game
There are 35 stuns, (Not counting stuns like thresh and blitzcrank, as those cannot be used with tenacity, and micro stuns after a knockup like Alistar)
There are 48 Knockups/knockbacks. A champion with a knockback with a stun (Poppy, Vayne, etc.) were counted as BOTH a stun and a knock back.
There are now MORE hard cc's that cannot be dealt with and have a set duration than ones that CAN. That is a problem.
The other is Damage/Cc falloff.
Due to a lot of problems with hitboxes and just plain unfairity, hitting something by luck or by something you did not predict should not deem the same rewards as someone who DID.
For instance, I'm sitting in the center of lane and was knocked back by vayne into a wall (Pretty much 40% of the lane width) into a wall. Hitting the wall at the very END should NOT stun me for the full amount as being right next to it. I took measures to make sure I was away from the wall, but was knocked into it anyway due to the ridiculous range on the knockback. I should be stunned WAY less the longer I was from the wall. 1.5 seconds is a VERY long time for someone who can get off 5-6 auto attacks in that duration.
Changes like this:
Am stunned for 1.5 seconds if I am adjacent to the wall, but each meter I am from the wall I am stunned less. (With an equation of course, working on that) This goes also for champions like thresh, hitting a hook at the tip of it's range should pull me back really far, while one hit really close should pull me back less. The pull back should be proportionate to the range at which I was hit, and where thresh is. Let's say 30%? If thresh hit's me 100 meters away, I am knocked back 30 meters, and the stun is released faster. But If i'm pulled at the 1100 range, I'm knocked back 366 meters.
Damage fall off: Some of these champions are getting huge damage by hitting you from the very tip of the area or projectile.
Champions like Ziggs and Pantheon (I understand the near global range of each) have damage falloff compared to the center. Having higher rewards the closer you are hit.
Champions like Jayce with their AOE harass should have the same effect, the farther you are away from the center the less damage you take, and there is a small area on the center for full damage. And I'm not talking like my left pinky toe was in the area so i take full damage (Looking at you leona ult) I'm talking center hitbox. Not my weapon, not my elbow, the majority hitbox.
