Illaoi needs a rework. Buffing her with her current kit will make her more toxic

I love playing Illaoi, whenever somebody told me it is bullshit to lane vs her I told them they don't know how to play vs her.

When I laned vs her I almost always won lane but learned how fucking obnoxious her kit is and how it isn't fun or fair to play against.

Yes, all of her kit is telegraphed, she is probably the most fair champ in terms of being able to avoid damage. She isn't fun or fair to lane against as just one mess up(happens in all elos) can mean the death of you or falling behind in lane.

Whenever I play Illaoi top I am almost always 2 levels ahead of my laner because they miss so much exp when her E lands. They run away to not take damage but run out of exp range.

Her E has got to change, the idea behind her E should be her ultimate, not a basic ability. Example rework idea of it being an ultimate.

Illaoi targets enemy champion from up to 800 spell range(not auto attack range) and pulls the spirit from his/her/its body directly in front of Illaoi. Illaoi then spawns 6 tentacles between the champion and spirit. The tentacles target the enemy champion and smack viciously until the target is dead or reaches and stays by his/her spirit for 2 seconds. If the enemy champion runs away from Illaoi and his/her/its spirit, the champion's bond with the spirit is severed and the champion will take 60% max health in magic damage over 3 seconds.
