How Often Do Players Who Trade Roles Win?

I am curious to individual experiences with this because I generally encounter more losses when paired with players who don't play "insert role" and are allowed to play "insert other role" by an ally.

I don't like how 'Often' is the highest choice. Because it is often for me, but definitely not 'Almost always' and let me tell you... when I trade with someone and they LOSE lane (in ranked, in norms it sucks but ok) why the hell did you want to trade lanes.
