Welp mission accomplished games 100% balanced you guys enjoying the anything other than a Vayne mirror with a splash of Darius/Fiora every game in Blind? Ready to see every champ picked at worlds and not just 10% of the roster picked and maybe a few random off picks by team wildcard that some idiot will surely include in their post worlds reddit analysis of how every champ was picked wow Riot games so good can we just take a moment to thank Riot? Cause I am.

Who woulda thought in order to bring Anivia back into competitive and solo Q all you had to do was give Fiora 70% true hp damage and Darius 900% healing per Q ~ Feralpony Riot tm phd I totally got paid to take 2 armor off Fiora living the dream.

Funny thing is that I've seen less of Darius and Fiora in blinds than the average raging forum thread would suggest.

In ranked Matches Darius is either picked or banned in every game I have played the past week, without exception. Honestly same with Garen, and Fiora is about 90% compared to the 100% of Darius. It is ridiculous.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems a lot more like the S1 Shen Effect for pick/ban rather than an actual problem.

By that, I mean high popularity (which always happens after a rework) combined with actually being strong, viable picks leading to people picking or banning them because it's popular.

Unlike Shen, it's going to take one or two minor nerfs that don't actually affect the mains, only the people who picked them up because FotM, and suddenly they'll drop off the map again and y'all can go back to bitching about Riven or whatever is your personal preference.

No, you are wrong.

Even casters from multiple regions, players from multiple regions, and players in just about every ranked division are saying how overturned and currently OP Darius is.

One of the first people I've seen try to make a case for it being otherwise, which leads me to believe you only play blind pick (which is perfectly fine, I'm not criticizing you). Ranked is a very different animal than blind pick normals.

I do mostly play blind pick, and I don't deny that ranked play is an entirely different thing, but I'm basing my thoughts on the champions themselves.

Basically, both of them had more overall power in their kits. They had raw power shaved, had other aspects of their kits brought up to par, and handed them new bruiser items that scale ridiculously well.

They still have the same weaknesses they had in the past.

Ok, I understand getting Darius/Fiora top but double Vayne? Maybe at previous week, when she was in freepick and everyone wanted to try her, now its Kalista time. And honestly, with the champion system LoL has(no hard counterpicks/hard combo lineups, like it is in some other popular MOBA)-there will never be that much diversity. As for Anivia-she is just too weak early, like Veigar or Swain, so picking her in pro game is like asking enemies to dominate her and win 5x4. In soloq she is actually strong, just unpopular. Oneshotting enemy ADC/other squishy after ROA-Seraph-Rabadon with JUST Q+E, melting tanks with Liandry+R, saving teammates/securing kills with W is actually great, unlike "I will throw my stun that stuns nobody, use my WQR and possibly kill enemy while becoming useless" Veigar
