Jinx ult actually kind of sucks

The amount of times I've launched this thing at people who are at like 10% health from the other end of the bot lane and they live cause it does like 100 damage. Feels so bad.

It's one of the best executing ults in the game..... you're obviously over exaggerating or you were seriously underleveled at the time, meaning it wasn't the abilities fault but your poor performance before hand.

If they actually had 10% HP, the ult would deal about 32% of their maximum health with just the execute part.

About 30 seconds ago I hit an Azir who had no zhonyas who was about 20% health... it did 160 damage. Is this thing bugged? There's no way this thing is calculating properly.
