What are some of your mildly infuriating experiences in-game?

Mine has got to be playing Orianna and having a teammate engage 1v5 into the enemy team to start a combo way outside my E range and blaming me for them dying

When i'm playing Orianna support, and I shield the ADC as he goes in for CS or a trade... And he backs off like i'm trying to rescue him from a bad play... That wasn't a panic shield! That was a "go for it" shield!
