Vlad feels fine, Akali feels clunky

So the whole thing about Akali, is that you get dumpsterd in lane phase, probabbly 10 minions down by 7 minutes, but the trade off was once you get revolver, and hit level six you are now a 1 v 1 god with tons of sustain.

Vlad was a easy fix, all you had to do was make his Q have a oppurtunity where once every 2 Q's he will charge enough blood to be able to do a mega q.

I hope Akali gets something similar for now her power spike is even later into the game, and is completely reliant on hextech gunblade since revolver offers no spell vamp
