A good opportunity to bring back the old jungle items?

As seeing a lot of jungle champs having great difficulty with the new jungle, why not bring the old jungle items back but keeping the smite enchantments intact? Seeing as the old jungle items provide a decent enough sustain that would immensely help junglers that otherwise would have a lot of trouble?
