@Riot; A sincere set of questions to open a conversation about my favorite character (Evelynn)

• Do you consider her current play style to be healthy?
• If so, is she performing within your established parameters?
• If not, do you have any plans to rework her?

I have been playing Evelynn since S1... and although I love her style and her design, I find her kit has become the most toxic its ever been, even worse than when it was during League of DFG. I find that the changes to the trinkets, jungle and general meta of the game, her kit which was already extremely binary upon design, has become more so.

Evelynn is arguably the most feast-or-famine character in the game and with her current kit I see no solution to the problem. The ideal scenario is for her to be reworked while conserving the thematic elements that hold her character together, to this end, I ask you; If she is to be reworked , hypothetically speaking, would she conserve her assassin style or would she lean more towards her mage style?

Personally I would much prefer her be given a greater focus on mage tactics rather than assassination tactics. We already have Shaco, who does the stealth assassin thing a lot better than Evelynn, where Evelynn is more meant to be a pervasive threat than a "SURPRISE I KILLED YOU" type character, at least that has been my inference.
